Barney Gets Another One

This time, the dog's in its back yard, and secured on a leash. The Dog (puppy actually) must have had a weapon of some kind though... we know these Barney Fifes are highly trained in the use of deadly force. Or perhaps it's just because the brain dead fuck likes shooting things that can't move or shoot back. PITTSBURGH -- A Pittsburgh family's puppy is dead after he was shot at point-blank range on a leash by an Allegheny County Sheriff's deputy. The 10-month-old dog, Lincoln, was in the back yard of his home in Brighton Heights. Owners said the deputy was trying to serve papers to neighbors on Davis Avenue, but they said the deputy went to the wrong entrance.
