In the case of the BART officer, he has been arrested, and thus the system should begin. Let us hope they do the right thing and string the bastard up.

Being prior law enforcement myself it sickens me to no end how some officers get 'shiny badge syndrome', and begin to think they are untouchable. In this case, thanks to cellphone video, he will be in prison. Video is the best witness you can have. Unfortunately, like a person, it can be manipulated.
